Instructions for Workshops and Symposia
1. The content of symposium should be described under the headings of objectives, speakers, resume of
symposium.
2. Time allotted for the presentation will be 35 mins.
3. Time allotted for the discussion will be 8 mins.
Instructions for free papers
1. The content of abstract for free papers should be described under the headings of aims and objectives,
methodology, results and conclusions.
2. Time allotted for the presentation will be 7 mins.
3. Time allotted for the discussion will be 2 mins.
Instructions for poster presentations
1. An area of 100cm (height) x 50cm (width), will be available for each presentation.
2. Posters should be prepared in English and should be headed with title, name of author(s), institution and
city.
3. The content should be described under the heading of aims and objectives, methodology, result and
conclusions.
4. Charts, drawings and illustrations must have self explanatory titles.
