Registration is mandatory for all participants.
Registration fee includes delegate kit, all conference meals and refreshments, entry to all lecture halls and exhibition stalls.
Children below 5 years are exempted from registration fees.
Conference kits are not guaranteed to spot registration.
The category of accompanying person includes only spouse, children and other dependent family members.
Spouse / Accompanying Person registration entitles Inauguration & Valedictory function, lunches and dinner.
Senior members above the age of 65 years are entitled for free registration.
The category of PG student is applicable to students pursuing Postgraduate courses (MD/DNB/DPM) in psychiatry only.
PG Students must send / bring a letter of recommendation from their Head of Department. |
